• Standard installation includes setup of the internet line and modem/router provided by TINKIT IT Solutions.

• All company-owned equipment must be returned upon cancellation of service. Lost or damaged units may incur charges.

• Customers are responsible for maintaining internal wiring or devices beyond the demarcation point.

8. Service Availability and Interruptions

• While we strive for 99% uptime, service may be affected by scheduled maintenance, power outages, or unforeseen technical issues.

• We will notify you in advance, whenever possible, of any planned service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TINKIT IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, income, or business opportunities due to service interruptions

• Damages caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, power grid failures, etc.)

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service:

• For non-payment of fees

• Upon breach of these Terms and Conditions
